Donny Dreher started his Law Enforcement career with the city of Shreveport, as a Police Officer, at the age of 21. After several years with the City of Shreveport, Donny continued his career with the city of Lafayette. Donny currently holds reserve officer status in a local Law Enforcement Agency.
Donny has an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice Degree as well as a Technical Diploma, both of which were obtained from Bossier Parish Community College. Donny is also pursuing a Business Administration Degree from Bossier Parish Community College.
Because of Donny’s experience, he knows the importance of documenting the facts in an officer involved incident. He also knows that the community is represented by officers who took an oath to serve and protect all citizens. Donny understands the necessity of being completely transparent and truthful, and that’s where the vision of P.E.A.C.E., Protecting Every American Citizen Equally, was born.
Donny has two daughters, ages 7 and 11, who are his everything. Donny loves the outdoors, and the Caribbean. He is an avid scuba diver, so whenever he can travel for vacation, he’ll be taking in the underwater world.
Patrick McConnell has 26 years in law enforcement and is currently employed as a Lieutenant in the patrol division of the Shreveport (Louisiana) Police Department. His previous assignments with the department have been in the Homicide Unit, DWI Unit, Hit and Run/Fatality Crash Unit, RADAR Unit, Police Academy, and the Hostage Negotiation Team, to name a few. He is a certified Firearms Instructor through Louisiana Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) and teaches cadets at the police academy as an adjunct instructor.
Educationally, Patrick has a Bachelor in General Studies - with a concentration in Psychology, Master in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership - all from Louisiana Tech University. Additionally, he is an adjunct professor teaching Psychology and Sociology courses for Louisiana Tech.
Patrick is the owner of BattleReady Defensive Firearms, where he teaches Concealed Carry, Home Defense, and Church armed security teams, and part-owner of Organizational Solutions where he teaches Health and Well-Being associated to Critical Incident Stress.
Patrick is married with three college-age children, Rylie, Ian, and Jax. He and his wife Cody married in 1994 and live in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Neal Birdwell is a former law enforcement veteran of 18 years. His career began in 1995 and went until 2013. Neal's career started as a deputy assigned to corrections. Later he moved to a patrol division where he became a field training officer training new police officers.
Further into his career he was assigned to a street level narcotics unit and eventually became a SWAT operator for seven years. Neal ended his SWAT career as an assistant team leader. Neal was also assigned to a Metro Narcotics division where he conducted undercover investigations. Neal was also a police academy instructor teaching basic narcotics and confidential informant classes.
Neal lives near Lafayette, Louisiana with his wife of 15 years. He is a father to his daughter and two sons and has recently become a grandfather.
Neal's hobbies include hunting and fishing along with spending time with family. Neal is a patriot and a very strong supporter of law enforcement as well as US military veterans.
